Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Usually yes. How you cancel depends on how you subscribed; if you are not sure, write to us and we will help.
How do I delete my account?
If you see Delete Account under Settings, you can use it when signed in with email and password. If you do not see it or prefer help by mail, write to info@maverix.agency and describe what you need.
Will I be charged after cancelling?
After a successful cancellation, a paid period typically does not renew; you keep access until that period ends. Details can vary — ask us if something looks wrong.
I was charged but don't remember signing up. What should I do?
Write to info@maverix.agency with what you see on your receipt or bank statement. We will look into it and explain the next step.
